- Yellow Hat; Positive views
- Black Hat; Negative views
- Blue Hat; Overview
Each hat leads you to think over
and search on several aspects in a coordinated way and the last hat, blue helps
you to review all the findings so that a satisfactory solution is acquired.
This technique is commonly used in in social groups in educational settings to
find out solutions for social problems. Alongside, it is really helpful for
